You mean by these?alienjesus wrote:I'#d say it's more horrifying than Grabbed By The Ghoulies either way
But probably less horrifying than actually being grabbed by the goolies.

as many people as possible need to watch Ghoulies 3 ("Ghoulies Go To College") this month. It is amazing/awful.

Oh man, I just realized what I'm playing, duh, Until Dawn. Got that for cheap awhile back.

I've actually seen a stage production of Thankskilling. It makes for a great musical.ElkinFencer10 wrote:Thankskilling is another classic.noiseredux wrote:as many people as possible need to watch Ghoulies 3 ("Ghoulies Go To College") this month. It is amazing/awful.

Re: Spooky time games for spooky times.
I'm sort of at a "not sure what to play" moment, as I think it's time I just admit to myself that I don't really want to play Dishonored anymore. So I was thinking about my Spooky Shortlist - seeing as how it'll be October come this weekend, I may just start playing something here...
Maybe I'll jump back into RE0 since I already own that one and my gaming budget is tight right now. (Technically I do own Aliens Versus Pinball on my Shield TV, though I'd really like to get it on Steam so I can play it at my arcade desk TATE).
I won't start Alone In The Dark or Ghosts N Goblins until October proper. And Friday the 13th won't be out until the end of October I believe.Aliens Versus Pinball - because Aliens.
Alone In The Dark - for TR.
Friday the 13th - assuming it does come out in Oct as planned.
Ghosts N Goblins - for TR.
Nightcry - because Clock Tower.
Resident Evil 0 HD - started earlier this year, but stopped playing.
Umbrella Chronicles - IDGAF... I wanna try it.

I'm gonna do it this year.
Made a list and I'm gonna stick to it. Mostly second gen stuff. Starting with a VIC-20 game and then moving on to the 2600. Gotta find a copy of Ghost Manor...

I've played a little bit of Splatterhouse on TG16. I remember seeing this in stores when I was younger and I thought it looked so cool and scary. I was envious of TG16 owners at the time, so it is fun to finally play it. The gameplay is really basic, but I'm enjoying its simplicity. It requires really precise timing and memorization, so the gamae is actually kind of difficult. So far, I've made it to level 4 before running out of continues. I like the boss that is a haunted room the most. That was a great idea for an end boss.
