Re: What Made you Smile/What Ticked you off Today?
I think I'm getting sick. My throat became a bit sore last night, and I can feel pressure in my sinuses growing along with the accompanying headache. I'm gonna try to take it easy tonight so I don't have to miss school tomorrow (it's such a waste to be absent on test day).

1. Coffee - Black, later in the day it gets a splash of dairy or very rarely a coffee milkshake.
2. No, I cant drink beer.
3. Tea is drank straight most of the time. If there is a throat issue, it gets a coughdrop or honey in it.
4. Yes, Cold tea is made hot with sugar and cooled. And occasionally mixed 50/50 with Lemonade.
Back off topic,
Smiled - Went garage sailing with my wife and one of her friends over the weekend. Bought a bunch of random small items and two pairs of heels. Normally I do not buy womens clothing, since I do not know that much about it, but I saw two things that I have been told to look out for. Goodwill netted a pair of new Christian Siriano in a friends size and an estate sale found a pair of vintage Louis Vuitton. The Vuittons went to a cobbler that my wife trust and he confirmed they were legit, fixed the heel, and then sold them for me. So my $5 purchase got me a Christmas present and $700 cash.
Ticked - That cash went to fixing an issue with the plumbing for my pool that cropped up yesterday. It just needs to get cold so I can close it down.

Re: What Made you Smile/What Ticked you off Today?
-- Do you like coffee? If so, what do you put in it, if anything?
Yes. Cream only, no sugar. I hate sugar.
When I was younger I was more into dark roasts and I'd drink like 6 cups a day. In my old age I've gone to preferring lighter roasts, and stick to 2 cups a morning on weekdays, and usually just one cup on weekend mornings.
-- Does your palette feel the same way about beer as it does for coffee?
I like beer a lot. Guinness is my favorite. Though I mostly stick with lagers.
I'm not into IPA's (which tends to be the hip thing to stock your bar with at most of the local taverns).
-- If you drink tea, what kinds are your favorite, and do you put anything in them?
Green tea, nothing in it. I drink LOTS of green tea. Mostly iced. Hot green tea is more for when I'm sick. I love the iced green tea at Starbucks which has a bit of a minty aftertaste. There's also a peach/green tea/lemonade blend that's awesome there.
And I enjoy iced (black) tea as well. Preferably unsweetened, though I've been known to dabble in various fruit-tinted flavors (peach, raspberry, lemon...). I probably drink one or two iced teas of some sort every day.
-- Is your previous answer different depending on the temperature of the tea?
I think I already answered that.
You didn't ask, but I do like iced coffee as well. I don't really drink it often though. That's more of a Summer thing, maybe if I'm out running errands on a Summer morning.

Also I mind as well answer these while I'm at it

-- Do you like coffee? If so, what do you put in it, if anything?
Nope! Don't like the taste at all.
-- Does your palette feel the same way about beer as it does for coffee?
Haven't had beer, but I don't like wine. Don't like the alcohol taste.
-- If you drink tea, what kinds are your favorite, and do you put anything in them?
I like earl gray and chai teas the most, but I also like green or fruity teas. For black teas, I a put a small amount of sugar and milk. For fruity teas I'll just have a bit of sugar, and green ones I'll drink just plain.
-- Is your previous answer different depending on the temperature of the tea?
I don't think so. I haven't had cold fruity or green teas, but I drink cold black teas the same way.

During the week, I drink black coffee most mornings. (It is work coffee; so, the quality isn't great.) On the weekends, I make coffee in my beautiful Frieling French press. I have my first and second cups with sugar and cream and, depending on how much my wife drinks, a third cup with a shot of brandy (or whatever liqueurs I have on hand).
Both have a slightly bitter flavor, but beer and coffee affect my palette very differently. (I prefer well-crafted ales, BTW, but I will have porter or stout for "dessert" occasionally. I enjoy pilsner from time to time, but I tend to avoid lagers that aren't from Mexico. With a few exceptions, I also do not like beers with strong "gimmick" flavors, and I think that barley wines are just gross.)
I drink tea very rarely. If I do, it is as a substitute for coffee, and I usually drink either green tea or Earl Grey with a little bit of sugar and cream. I do not like iced tea, and I think most sweet teas are entirely too sweet (and terrible for my health).

Never tried tea; it seems like flavored water to me and I don't drink water. Hot chocolate is my hot beverage of choice.
Don't drink any alcohol.
So... You don't drink coffee, tea, alcohol of any sort, or water?!
Bro seriously, what do you drink? Nothing but Soda/Pop? And apparently the occasional hot chocolate?

1) I used to not like coffee. I do now. I can drink it a lot of different ways, but I usually add a vanilla creamer to it. Either that, or some sugar and half-and-half. I've been caught quite a bit without either, though, and I'll drink it like medicine when I really need it, straight black.
2) I don't drink at all. Personal decision based on a neighbor that was an alcoholic.
3) I like normal, black tea, but don't drink it that often. I usually prefer it iced, very light sugar. I grew up with my Mom making it that way, with a half-cup of sugar for two gallons. I can drink it unsweetened as well. Most fast food joints have it too sweet, it's like drinking syrup.
I will also drink it hot from time to time as a change of pace from coffee, and also to get caffeine in less dosage than the equivalent coffee.
4) The only thing temperature changes is my willingness to add some creamer like I do with coffee to my tea.

Thanks! I'm not sure if the other stuff I got would be considered awesome (unless you like cute and adorable things haha), but I'll post a pic once I get that stuff all together.
