Well that's good to see, but it makes me wonder how incompetent or uncaring some staff at ebay are versus lazy sellers not willing to push their given rights with the complaining I had been reading. It should be open and shut as you put it. I've not denied anyone as of yet buying/bidding that way but it was a concern so I brought it up.

The OP is not racist but has concerns if international seller or buyer out of the country. An issue of longer ship time and possible loss of transaction. However, with Ebay and PayPal protections, I think it does not matter if the seller I will never meet is in another local city or a far away country. Just look at the customer rating stars for a history of the sales. Not sure how the protections work on a sellers end though so maybe a legitimate concern.

Categorized under Freight Forwarding". Which makes it clear that they are a middleman business that ships stuff internationally.

Get off the man's back. His concerns are entirely justified. I don't sell stuff to international buyers either. Does that make me a racist?
Yes.

J/K
However, I think selectively pointing at certain countries as a whole and deeming them untrustworthy compared with other countries is a bit of a slippery slope. Especially when speaking of individuals within said countries. Certainly it wasn't meant with malice, I think that is obvious but it did read a little questionable.
