I tried to buy it off of Google Play but it kept giving me an error and the app just crashed not giving me the opportunity to purchase it. Maybe that's a sign?

I seriously have no luck with any of my sp's >_< all three are 001's but seem to have issues just weird. Cobalt one light is out(and currently disassembled since I haven't reassembled it again...), black the sound and light works but shoulders don't, and red sound doesn't work *sigh*

Seriously why does this keep happening? I just can't seem to catch a break now that I'm attempting to have something to play and keep me somewhat sane. Watching anime and other stuff from when I was growing up is fine and all but i really want to beat a few gameboy and ds titles before the end of the year. If I just had the money I'd send them to be repaired if I could >_>

Do you guys ever have weird audio + video lag when playing old PC games? Almost like it's a disc loading something back in the day. The audio gets fuzzy for a split second and the video might stutter. I've been noticing it in both System Shock 1 and Deus Ex lately. It's happened sometimes in the past, so I'm not sure if this is normal with older stuff on newer systems or what. Is that ram clogging up? I've got 16GB DD3 so I wouldn't think so, no idea though.

Sounds a little like that zombie farm game from awhile back(a mobile game no less). It was fun in strides too, but if someone gave it another wack for old times sake i might try it. Surely someone could do one better on that one...

Around eight or nine years ago, I bought a used, CIB slim in Japan for what amounted to approximately $100. Looks like amazon.co.jp prices for used consoles are about $50, now. I was thinking that you could probably find just the console for a bit less at a Hard-off, but the net-mall only has a CIB fat, from a Nara location, up for about $300. I thought there might be a spare, tabbed, CR2032 floating around the lab, but apparently not. I heard about Batteries Plus today, but I'm not seeing what I'm looking for on their website. Does anyone know of a good place to get single tabbed (through-hole or surface mount) CR2032s, with reasonable shipping costs?

Thanks, I'll check one out if I get a chance. Seems like a lot of them are out of the cities somewhat, so it will depend a bit on if I have the time ha. I am going to DenDen Town at least, so even if I can't go to a Hard-Off, I would think there would be some being sold there.

I'll probably take a look and see how much I can find one for, and get a PS2 in Japan if it's much cheaper than Ebay here. Thinking about it a bit more, I just want a physical Japanese PS2 for some reason There are plenty of games I want for it, so it wouldn't be a big waste of money at least.

I've been thinking about downloading the Android versions of the first two Ys games. I can get a controller for this thing, right (I have a tablet). Do they sell them at Target, Best Buy, and the like?
