Lol cool thanks. Cool box art/treasure logo/5$ was enough to convince me but glad it is worth the cost.
I pretty much missed the entire Wii generation, and since it seems so cheap/plentiful currently figure now is the time to start picking these up.

Then, you are starting with some great games. (Moreover, Final Fantasy Fables and MK: Armageddon are actually pretty hard to find.)flylikeabird wrote:Lol cool thanks. Cool box art/treasure logo/5$ was enough to convince me but glad it is worth the cost.

Also, be sure to check out this extensive and incredibly well-written article for some other suggestions:

* The Conduit
* Conduit 2
* MadWorld
* No More Heroes
* No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle
* Dead Space: Extraction
* House of the Dead: Overkill
There are TONS more, but those are my 7 all-star Wii exclusives (or at least used-to-be-exclusives).

Years ago I purchased a (Super Nintendo) sign from a used media store. I was wondering if anyone here has seen it before, since I can't find any pictures of it online.
Its 18 inches wide and 4.5 inches in height (at the edges). It doesn't have any holes on the back, so I assume it didn't use nails and was possibly leaned up against something.

Re: Video Game "Look what I found"
I found some interesting stuff over the weekend which isn't common at all anymore, well finding anything is uncommon.
RE2 Platinum Ed for the PC for $3, and then there was also a GBA game I've wanted for like 6 months or so but wouldn't buy online because so few copies pop up so the trolls BIN jack it -- Ice Nine (it never got the right to use the name by licensing but it's 'The Recruit') and it's made by Torus games who did DOOM2 and Duke Nukem 3D on GBA so it's a fantastic FPS title...$15 keeping it obviously. Also oddly found yet another copy of Little Red Riding Hoods Zombie BBQ for DS this time for $10 (last time was $20.) I'm not going to lie, it's ebay flip bait as it sells for at least $40 and it's really not that good control wise which is death for a vertical shooter.
Non-game wise did find an old Hubley Deputy cap gun in really great shape across the street at a garage sale for $5 that's probably around 50 years old or so.

Re: Video Game "Look what I found"
Picked up a nice mix of stuff today.

First off Bestbuy had Shadow of Mordor GOTY edition and Resident Evil 5 for $15 on sale so with my GCU 20% those came down to $25.42 after tax.
Fleamarkets were a little dry although I'm picking up an Atari 2600 with some games for $40 tommorrow
. Did find a nintendo gameboy carrying bag with an official link cable, tetris, and power adapter for $8. Also snagged a IBM Thinkpad 380XD for $20. Other then that I picked up To The Earth (NES) w/manual and Ready to Rumble (GBC) for $8.
Then I hit a few pawns and picked up Need for Speed The Run, Nascar Inside the Line, and Need for Speed Shift 2 Unleashed limited edition for $15. The rest aside from the $0.99 Wii Cabela's gun attachment that I picked up from goodwill came from game stop for $25.65 total.
Also got my latest wave of Amazon stuff in.Super stoked that my $3.81 (A) copy of Granstream Saga ended up being complete and in minty shape. Total ended up only being around $21.24 shipped for everything so not bad since I got $6 in digital credits for no rush shipping and $1.06 cash back for using my amazon card

Re: Video Game "Look what I found"

Got this for $85 on Labor Day. It was a mixed bag of all around good luck really. The reason why? Sure there's 3 obvious games there, but I actually was trying to find my little girl a Gameboy Color of her own and this thing is perfect. The former owner was this really hot looking red head who treated it like a princess, not a mark.
I got it for the GBC, the case which opens up with a clear plastic soft bit so you can play the GBC in it to protect it, and then one of those 2 copies of Super Mario Bros DX (she plays the NES one a little) and Tarzan. The Pokemon duo are dead batteries, as is Resident Evil (which I was eyeing for myself always curious but too cheap to drop $40+ on it), and then Game & Watch Gallery 4.
I tried a few of the others like Army Men 2 and Tomcat, can't say I like them much, and the rest are junk or not my thing, or I already own them (both the old GB titles and SMBDX.) At this rate I ordered a pack of batteries for the 3 duds and then spares to fix.
Gold I'm selling, Crystal I may keep, RE and G&W4 I'm keeping. I took the most awful of them (the arcade/board game, army men, ant turdtris 6 games in all and got $5 local credit on those.) The others I'll put on ebay just enough to break even, gain if I don't keep Crystal. I never played gen2 pokemon other than the silver DS remaster so I'm tempted.
In the end I'm happy I got a dead mint GBC and with free new batteries too and a couple games for my girl. I've got Kirby and a few other simple things already I'll let her use and her mom bought her GBC Snow White and some Matchbox kids Fire Fighter game as well the other night. She'll get to use it when she had a good day at school as a reward, and if I keep Crystal she can use that once she can read a bit, or if not I have Yellow.

Fragems, Tanooki, those are both nice hauls!
Seriously, Fragems, how 'bout sending some of those flea markets and stuff down here? Maybe I'd find some cool stuff.
