Shoot The Dragons - classic gameplay, modern design

Post by weedogames »

Classic Gameplay, Modern Design
There are some classic games existing in our memories, I'm in love with the games such as Deathsmiles, Parodius, Radius, R-type, Saint Dragon, Project-X…… I was just playing Salamander yesterday. In my opinion, classic never fade away, they just reborn in a new way. So I made a new shumps game, it's called Shoot The Dragons.

More Than Bullet Hell Style
The gameplay is focused on the pace and fun, not only on difficulty, but it's still challenging.

Interesting Characters Design
Every character inside the game has their personality and story, especially the bosses are unique from each other.

Exciting and Intense Feelings
Most exciting moments in the game is not just the battle, you can dash into the upper sky, or capture struggling bosses!

Beta Testers Wanted
The game is recruiting beta testers like you, if you are interested and have an iPhone/iPad, you can send an email to [email protected]

Comments from players in last round of testing:
1.“I've been following it since it looks like such a cool game. Not just a linear shooter but that the character can spin to shoot in forward, backwards, diagonally (how do you do that in a linear game anyway...I've never seen that before)."
2.“These were really fantastic...loved the concert feel of the 1st boss and was thrilled to see the operatic diva feel that you had built out for the 3rd boss too!"
3.“Game runs great and smooth, looks really nice. The heritage to Jetpack Joyride with a bit of Rayman craziness in the design is pretty clear though. "

6.“Sprites are beautiful and well designed, boss are cool and really nice. "
7.“S.T.D.'s humor reminds me a bit of Parodius."
