Nope, I believe it's a Saturn exclusive.Xeogred wrote:Never knew about the Saturn sequel. Is it available anywhere else?

Nope. Like most Saturn games it's only on the Saturn. And it didn't get the wrapped in emulator treatment like the PSP release of Princess Crown either.Xeogred wrote:Never knew about the Saturn sequel. Is it available anywhere else?

I don't think this is true. I mean the part about Legend Of Oasis being an exclusive is true. But I'd guess "most" US Saturn games were released on other platforms (PS1, PC...) as well. I don't have numbers to back that up, though. I started making a list one time but I got bored.MrPopo wrote:Like most Saturn games it's only on the Saturn.

Most of those weren't Saturn games. They were games that came out multi-platform from the get go. Halo was an Xbox game that later got ported to the PC.

Re: Together RPG - Beyond Oasis/The Story of Thor - 8/1-10/1
well this is just semantics. To me Halo is an Xbox and PC game. According to you Tomb Raider is a Saturn game, then. It's not a PS1 or PC game? My point is that most games that were released on Saturn - at least in the US - I'd say were also released elsewhere. So saying that "like most Saturn games it was only released on Saturn" is misleading.MrPopo wrote:Most of those weren't Saturn games. They were games that came out multi-platform from the get go. Tomb Raider was a simultaneous development across Saturn, Playstation, and PC. The fact that the Saturn version released three weeks earlier is due to Sega probably tossing them some money. Thus, I consider it a multi-platform game. As a different example, Symphony of the Night is a Playstation game that later got a Saturn port, which can easily be seen by the year later release date of the Saturn version.

noise: Y'know what Saturn game I really like? DoDonPachi.
Popo: DoDonPachi isn't a Saturn game.
noise: Yes it is. Look...

noise: It says 'Sega Saturn' right there on the cover.
Popo: But it was on other platforms.

I'm exhausted and haven't even started playing Beyond Oasis.
