There have been a few polls and threads on this in the past. So here's the data...

2015: http://www.racketboy.com/forum/viewtopi ... 44&t=48544

2011: http://racketboy.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=44&t=30881 (not a poll)

2010: http://www.racketboy.com/forum/viewtopi ... 15&t=24412

2008: http://www.racketboy.com/forum/viewtopi ... =15&t=5143

Unless I'm being oblivious (possible this early in the morning) it looks like the core hump of the forum slowly ages upward over those years. Personally speaking I'm 37 years old (physically at least).

I figured I'd make another post in here since I haven't been on this forum since 2012. I'm still into game collecting, in fact, more so now since I have more money to spend on the hobby  I decided to come back because I've just been bored lately, and a lot of forums and sites just don't do it for me in terms of retro game discussion. So yeah, I hope to get to know the active members in the coming weeks!

Hi everyone,
Kitkit from San Francisco, CA. I am new to racketboy but I am a regular at Neo Geo forum and shmups forum.

I grew up with the Famicom, Sega Mega Drive, PC Engine, Neo Geo and the Super Famicom. Played a ton of Japanese Sega Saturn, Playstation 1 and Sega Dreamcast games during my college years. Despite I own a PS4, Xbox and Wii U now, I am not into games of current gen and my heart still goes with retro stuff.

I am happy to join the forum.
