I'm just interested to see how the hdmi holds up on my 75". If it looks good I'll buy one. I've been planning to get an Everdrive N8 anyway though.

Let me fix that for you:

Super Mario All Stars + Super Mario World
Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island

Mario Paint would be awesome, but they'd have to make a mouse controller for it. And if the game was built in they would have to include said mouse, being that it's a plug-and-play console after all. Not likely to happen.
Wow not too much editing so you agree!

Mario paint I had to just add to the list, wishful thinking I know but man it's gotta be cheap to make the mouse.

This actually sounds like a good thread topic: What 30 games would you curate for a hypothetical other system (SNES, Genesis, etc.).

I think I'm gonna go do that. :)

He did and I enjoy seeing everyone excited about the thread, Nintendo has to know what we want next. I'm good with them stopping at the SNES but if they want N64 wouldn't be bad either.

I'll stick to my list up top which was based off the NES games coming. I would change a few picks to my personal tastes but I wouldn't argue if they gave us the SNES in the first place. Lol

SNES Classic is a must, preferably with more 2 player games next time. I say make it a 50 game collection and charge around $70. It'd sell like wildfire.

I'd also love a Game Boy Classic and a Game Boy Advance Classic. These simply being handheld devices in the same form factor, but with really nice screens (OLED!) and USB charging.

I want a Famicom Classic with the best Famicom games that never got Western releases.

Okay so a SNES has to be following there's just no way it couldn't, the fact that Nintendo made this was a surprise in itself and a damn good move. I know it's a PnP but one of the finest so far, crossing for quality but it should be spot on. Genesis PnP has been done I feel a couple of times and it hasn't wow'd anyone unfortunately, now if NEC wants to jump on board a TG-16 would now sell just as well as this NES here.

That's because every single SOCA (Sega on a Chip) setup thus far have all come from the same shitty Chinese factory overseas and using the same 80% accurate emulator which goes by gopher, firecore, and other dumbassed tags to confuse people that ATGames, Blaze and others pander globally. I will say though if you like GameGear/SMS ATGames did license a 30 game closed system handheld for that and it does look, sound, and play right so they're not entirely devoid of good stuff.

Nintendo though they're cheap, tight fisted and stubborn, all that to a degree of shades of stupidity, but actually stupid no. They'll make this in house, or they'll with a kung fu grip of theirs in their control freak ways farm it out under a very gestapo-esque watchful eye to have it done right. Even if it's an emulator box, it will be their virtual console on some ARM setup or a stripped Wii/GC format as either would be cheap for them to re-use. They know it, their developers know it, it'll damn near likely be pop n' swap / plug-n-play style loading on their back end. Anything on their VC is fair game, and anything not, I wouldn't count on it.

got to be honest. i wish we'd have more of these mini classic pnp consoles beyond nintendo. need genesis, dreamcast , tg16, neo geo as well. maybe they should all have nintendo make it since nintendo is the only remaining hardware maker, and they wont license it to some company that makes knock offs.

as for nintendo hope they make these all the way to gamecube. including maybe consolized gbc, gba

heck maybe ill wait 10-20 years from now a wii, wii u , nx as well. (though my aging body might not be able to handle it)
