Dang, Britain. So...the Brexit folks in the Conservative Party got their wish, but now none of them want to actually lead the country and are leaving it to the one PM candidate who voted Remain? Is that really what just happened?

I mean, can this be one vote that the just don't follow through with? I'm curious if there's anything at this point that's legally binding.
