Prayers for all those involved in the shooting in Orlando. Sad times.

I am disgusted that I have to ask, "which one?"

I'm assuming you're talking about the club shooting, the reports of which are getting more horrifying as the day goes on.

There was also an up-and-coming pop star named Christine Grimmie who was shot while greeting fans after an Orlando concert last Friday. She died in the hospital of her injuries.

Her brother, who was there with her, tackled the gunman after Grimmie was shot. The gunman then took his own life.

I can't stand this stuff. I feel so enraged and helpless. I have no idea what we need to do to get our act together as a nation on this.

20 dead and more than twice that injured in Orlando. One well-armed, hateful ideologue in a space crowded with innocents managed so much pain.

I'm with you, Key. I'm frustrated and angry and sad and I can't do anything.

Holy crap. Current numbers are 50 dead and more than 53 injured. I don't even know what to do with this information.

The timing immediately after Muhammad Ali's funeral is no coincidence.

At the risk of losing what little sanity I seem to have left, how on earth would these be even tangentially connected?

Yeah, I dont think it is related at all. What is more probably related was gay Pride and Ramadan...

You're using real logic instead of pulsar logic.

Interested to hear this one myself. I thought it was a bad joke, perhaps.

I personally know someone IRL who was at the club in Orlando when the shooting happened. They weren't physically injured, but will likely have serious PTSD the rest of their life. The whole situation is pretty fucked up to say the least.
