Fair enough. Keep judging those books by their covers then!

(Not meant with malice. Honestly, most people judge books by their covers in some way - either by prominent placement of an author's name, awards and bestseller notices, or because the artwork makes it look appealing. Appearances matter there, and everywhere else in life.)

The game isn't out until March assuming there are no delays so it's still too early to call anything final. Still, I haven't been too impressed with Inti-Creates 3D work in general.

I must have watched different footage from marurun, because I thought it looked great visually.

Well, as I said, I'm not too worried about the gameplay because I know it will be there. But from a graphical perspective I either want better fidelity or a more highly stylized art style. Right now it seems very middle-of-the-road to me.

Are you saying something good or bad? And did you mean "Sorrow"?

I really enjoyed the demo. It looked, felt and sounded like an Igavania which is exactly what I want out of it. Looking forward to the finished product.

I liked the demo. I mean, it's unsurprising and pretty much exactly what I expected. Take elements from the last four or five Metroidvanias, make it HD and there's your Bloodstained. When I started it I momentarily forgot this isn't a Castlevania title, the music and everything just brought instant flashbacks to my mind.
You get to literally kick some big monster tiddies in the boss fight. That was funny.
