My new Nintendo Zapper .22 pistol

Post by kingdomheights777 »

Well I know we have all seen the Glock zapper floating around the Internet. As soon as I saw it I said yeah that looks cool and everything but the shape just does not look right it looks more like a buckmark 22 pistol.
So I took my 22 pistol Browning Buck Mark and gave it to my gunsmith and we been working on it for about a month now and this is what it's looking like .
I know the whole argument of making a real gun look like a toy but my guns stay locked away in a safe in my media room that has a padlock door I stay away from my kids needless to say.
I just thought this was pretty appropriate to post here I know I will get some negative comments about it but I don't care I think it's pretty bad to the bone looking.
This was before and man is it ugly lol

What kind of east coast liberal professor are you to say anything positive about a gun?

That does look pretty sweet, though I personally would have gone with the orange variant since that's the one I grew up with.

So much cooler than the Glock that caused a stir recently because this fits the form-factor better.

That was my initial thought too. Orange has become the more iconic Zapper look for a lot of people.

But I was thinking about it and orange is also the universal color of "fake gun" so I'd be hesitant to color a real gun orange.

I'm not a gun guy, but that thing is cool.

Totally respect law abiding citizens right to own guns by the way. I just don't dig them personally. That one, I would almost own.

I think the orange is the one most of us have a relationship with. However I didn't want an orange gun lol
glock makes a great pistol but man it just bugged me that it was shaped nothing like a zapper.
Goodness gracious did it cause a stir, everyone I know who knows I am a gamer and a gun guy all sent it to me to show me.
And the first thing I thought was hey a buckmark would look so much better than the glock.
I actually called the company who customized the Glock and ask them what color codes of paint that they use for it and the guy literally told me oh well since it went viral I can't really give out that information .
And then he hung up!!!
So I did it myself and found as close as I could find it and I'm actually more happy with this color than what he used

Love it, guess I stand alone, I'm glad you went with the classic gray. Say what people want with meddling do gooders and cops of the 80s but the gray one is the iconic gun that started it all and I still have mine on the wall for display since I have no CRT to use it with anymore. That browning looks great using that style. The only thing more cool would be if it were with a tiny sensor and speaker, so if there wasn't a clip in it/round chambered you pop the trigger and it makes the classic NES 'bang' sound when you'd take down a duck or a target like in duck hunt and hogan's alley.
