that's a tough one, but probably The Fog, Night Of The Comet and Terror Train. They're all good, but totally different styles of movies.jp1 wrote:Thanks, if I don't grab all three what order would you rate them in? No, maybe, YES!
(I didn't really like The Fog, but I loved Night of the Comet.)
Re: What was the last movie you've seen?
Ahhh, see I really disliked the remake of The Fog. This is what gave me trepidation. What turned you off about it? If I might ask?prfsnl_gmr wrote:I say:jp1 wrote:Thanks, if I don't grab all three what order would you rate them in? My only other blind buys were Body Bags and Dolls. I'm willing to give those a shot based on the synopsis and trailer alone. Everything else was on my long time want list, so I'm excited to fill those gaps. Sales hurt my wallet.

I haven't seen Terror Train, but yes to The Fog and Night of the Comet for me. I'd say Night of the Comet first, then The Fog, and then Terror Train, but you know me.
As for your other question, I'll let some of the other guys wax poetic about Body Bags, but Dolls is an entertaining little picture. It's good but not great in my opinion. If it's on sale...sure, pick it up. I wouldn't pay full price for it though.

Re: What was the last movie you've seen?
oh I missed the second question.
I actually think Body Bags is a lot of fun. But honestly it and Dolls are non-essentials. I have Body Bags on VHS, and feel no real urge to upgrade it. I've seen Dolls, and again - had fun, but have to real urge to own it. Shrug.

Re: What was the last movie you've seen?
Thanks fellas, I've managed to get it up to 16 titles.
I already owned a couple. So here is the breakdown, if anyone wants to critique the selection.
So! Movie, and especially horror buffs, which should I keep, which did I miss? I'm tapped so at this point I'll be exchanging titles if I switch anything out.
Day of the Dead, Dog Soldiers, And Sleepaway 2 and 3 were skipped on purpose. Dog soldiers only because it is an awful transfer.

I just thought that it was really, really boring.jp1 wrote:Ahhh, see I really disliked the remake of The Fog. This is what gave me trepidation. What turned you off about it? If I might ask?

Damn you. So, now I'm thinking I'll drop Dolls and grab Prison. I've seen neither, but given the lukewarm reception of dolls here I'm guessing I won't be missing much. I didn't even look into Prison, is it actually any good? "Atmospheric horror" and Viggo pretty much put it on my list...even if you were joking.Ack wrote:What, no Prison with Viggo?
