I always liked the anti-heroes when younger, so Raph was my favorite, followed by Donny, because smart. I also thought Wolverine was the coolest X-Man.

These days, I like the squeaky-clean leader types. So I appreciate Leo a lot more. Kinda like Cyclops (non-movie) for the X-Men or Captain America. And I've always been a Superman fan.

Wolverine is still cool, of course.

In the movies, he absolutely is. He's not so bad in the early comics, at the very least. Maybe a little too serious. I don't know if they made him a brooding emo jerk or something in later comics, I haven't read any since like 1995.

so I read Issue #1 of Kevin Eastman's 2011 re-vamp series. It's cool because Eastman is involved, yet it's as if all of the various iterations of the series (the different comics, the cartoons, the movies, etc) have been mixed up in a blender here. Like, they all wear red like in the original comics. Yet some of the origins and secondary character roles are tweaked. April works at the lab for instance. It almost seems like the Michael Bay movies drew inspiration from this series which is interesting too.

Anyone getting the new TMNT game today? My Amazon package should be at my door this evening, though I'll probably finish the (really disappointing) new Homefront game first.
