Yeah, so lately I've been looking at various bands, trying to find things I hadn't listened to before, or I had but hadn't heard in a long time. Some of these are kind of a joke, but others I really enjoy.
Amon Amarth - I don't know why I like these guys, but I do.
Apocalyptica - I only really care for a couple of songs, mainly when they don't have a guest singer.
Blood Stain Child - Very hit or miss with me. Certain tracks I really like, certain ones I can't stand.
Evile - All I can say is...classic.
Gama Bomb - Listen to their song Final Fight all the way through. Trust me.
GWAR - Ok, so this was pretty much the joke...still, they're entertaining.
Kiuas - Same as Amon Amarth.
Lordi - I love their costuming, and their songs are pretty cool.
Municipal Waste - Yeah...just yeah.
Send More Paramedics - Sucks this band is no more.
Turisas - I heard they opened for DragonForce and stole the show, so I had to check them out.
I know a few of you guys listen to some of these. Any recommendations? Is Bonded By Blood any good?
Music I've been listening to lately.

When I was in Vegas a couple weeks ago I went and saw Jersey Boys. Now I keep listening to the Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons greatest hits.

I like Amon Amarth
I really started with gwar about 4 years ago. Saddam-a-go-go, Sexecutioner, Slaughterama, Penguin Attack, Slap U Around... they're all classics...
If you like Amon Amarth, you might try enslaved. Totally different, but a great band that I found when I found Amon Amarth. "Isa" is a great song.

Man, me and my friends love Amon Amarth. They would go to see them live when in NY, but I always had work.
Right now, my iPod Playlist consists of:
Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Akercocke, King Diamond, Heroes Del Silencio, Procol Harum, Dark Funeral and Nosferatu.
A weird mix, but hey, I like good music.
