So Battlefield 1. I'm intrigued.

BFWW1 sounds great, but why cant gaming companies keep their series names in sequence?

Well there wasn't a Battlefield 1; the series started with the one thousandth nine hundredth forty second entry and have slowly been backfilling the prequels.

I probably have around 20 minutes worth of story left in Mad Max(PS4) and I've hit the I don't give a fuck wall  . Gonna have to force myself to finish it game just feels so rushed and slapped together that I really don't give a shit anymore about the story and obviously the devs didn't either. It's like after the first half of the game they just totally stopped giving a crap the pacing falls apart blaring plot holes pop up every where and it just becomes one big rolling mess.

I just beat Virtual Fighter a Remix (with Lau, of course). It was great for reminding me (1) of the fact that I am not very good at fighting games anymore and (2) why I don't like Virtua a Fighter games that much. I am anxious to get to the second one since, if I recall correctly, playing it doesn't' make me me think that my inputs have to bounce off of some sort of satellite relay before registering on the screen.

For what it's worth, Virtual Fighter 5 on 360 is actually rather good.

It probably is. I spent a ton of time with Virtua Fighter 4 when I was in college...just not as much as I did with Soul Calibur.

I have Virtua Fighter 2 and Fighting Vipers up next, and I know that I like each game better than Virtua Fighter Remix.

I just played Darksiders 2 and I am hooked. The game heavily reminds me of the Legend of Zelda games. Its structure is very similar to it.

If you haven't played the first Darksiders, it's even more Zelda-influenced. The second game is more Prince of Persia-meets-God of War-meets-Diablo, with a little bit of Zelda left over. Both are fun times, though.

Man, I freaking hated Darksiders 1. Thought it was awful. That combat was boring as heck.
