It's okay man. I pointed out that typo many many pages ago and no one cared.

At my job, there is a sign on the main door with the word "labeled" misspelled as "labled". I pointed this out to my boss forever ago. He didn't care, and no one else who works there cares. But that fucking sign and its fucking misspelled word piss me off every single time I see it.
I would go out of my way to stick the correctly spelled word over the top just to be an ass.
I have been known to take a sharpie marker to typos on signs. It makes me feel better.

There's a gas station in town that advertises "BEER" "CIGARETTES" "EBT ACCEPTED" and "COFFE"

Coffe. If that's not the most fucking Henderson thing in the world, I don't know what is. It's been like that for at least two years because it was there when I moved here.

Sorry about that misspelling. I edited the original post title. I don’t know if that will help it being indexed, but I tried. :?

I've been feeling some love for the master system today. Being the fact that I'm collecting the game gear and since it's a portable master system I wanted to play some master system titles for about an hr before I do chores and gym then work.
The vampire game seems like a good start. Been wanting to play that and the theme has been in my head.
Also maybe some shinobi and sonic

...anyone else notice this scene creeping up price-wise? i naively thought the retro bubble might leave it alone, but damn, PAL stuff i wanted like Master of Darkness, Dragon's Crystal etc spiked, and even common US stuff i sometimes find out here is no longer dirt-cheap like ti was forever.

had a local retro shop quote me at $120 for a system, controller & AC...don't even think there was a light phaser. i quickly asked if it was FM modded (been really interested in that) and he said that'd be way more, haha

Yeah, they finally found the Master System. A lot of even the best games for the system could be found for under £5 for the last 10 years, but some of them have jumped very sharply - especially stuff like Wonder Boy and Golvellius,

Phantasy Star's rise has been ridiculous too.

Luckily I'#ve grabbed a good number of the games I want for the system, but there's still a fair few of the pricier ones I need. I should probably get them sooner rather than later.

There are a ton of games that can be had CIB for $20 or less. Given how stupid crazy games are now I still think it's flying somewhat under the radar, and with a decent start it's actually possible to complete an SMS set without taking on a second mortgage.

Oh of course, it's still cheaper than most. It's just that some of those games you can have for under $20 you could get for under $10 this time last year and under $5 the year before that. The prices haven't gone nuts, they've just increased quite suddenly.

Dragon's Trap has always seemed to be a bit more expensive, though. That's the one I've got my eye on.

I almost never see Master System games in the wild, either. Out of sight, out of mind?

I got this for 5p +£1.50 postage on eBay about 7 years ago  I remember those days when a £20 game was expensive (that said, I was at University at the time, so I suppose it actually was!)

I should've been quicker on the other titles though. Spent about £28 on the first 2 WB games recently
