From what I've been looking up, it seems like this is pretty much it. There were quite a few that were Japan only but have since made it over on other consoles.

Then we could most any modern game with a leveling system an RPG. That is more of a marketing thing. I have seen those descriptors on other games as well that seems like a stretch to label a game as they did.
