What are the best fan translated SNES roms?

catapulting this thread... i need help.. i know i was able to download like rar file that already contained most japanese SFC RPGs translated roms somewhere in this site. i just can't really find it. does anyone still have a link to it? i think it was about 100+ games. it was just really convenient to have them all already... i hope someone still has it.
