I'm at a loss by this point myself. Fragems is obviously 99% collector 1% gamer.

I am definitely 80% collector and 20% gamer. I am also pretty sure that if I posted pictures of my collection it would make a few heads explode. (If you want to see how much I bring in, you can check the last page 2013 "games acquired" thread and assume the pace never let up.)

I've acquired around 300 games so far this year. I'm definitely 95% collector/5% gamer. Fragems and I are kindred spirits in that regard.

About the same here....I try to play games but especially in the case of say portables, I end up playing for 20 minutes here, 30 minutes there so it takes awhile for me to beat them(especially when said game is left in my jacket pocket on the opposite side of the store under a cart....at lunch and breaks i don't feel like walking back to grab it.....).

Damn near what I have total remaining/acquired left at my going rate and I'm offloading around 20 items more now as it is so far off ebay until next week.

I used to have thousands and a dozen plus systems, but that was another decade and life. I can't see doing it ever again, even if the kid were out of school/moved out unless the greed causes the whole mess to implode eventually much like other abused interests.

March is basically done.

Previous months:

March:
New Adventure Island PCE - £14.49
Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee PS1 - £12.79
Pokkén Tournament Wii U - £39.98
IA/VT Colorful Vita - £32.65
Total: 4 games - £99.91

Slightly misleading this, seeing as I actually ordered and paid for IA/VT in December. It went missing n the post and I had a hell of a time getting it replaced.

A fairly easy month this month. Picked up Pokkén around launch but still need to get back to it. Oddworld was for Together Retro. I still need to get back to it. IA/VT I ordered months ago, and I still need to get back to it.

But hey, I finished Adventure Island at least!

Both retro games were eBay purchases. Pokken was from Amazon. IA/VT was from Nin-Nin-Game, who I normally like, but their customer service was shit for dealing with my missing item.

Pretty much.

Gaming is pretty much my sole hobby at the moment so all of my disposable income goes that way. I'm also only working 3-4 days a week so I have a lot of freetime on my hands

. I have been sinking a lot of times into games recently but it's mostly been on The Division and Fallout 4 which have a ton of post game content so I've sunk a probably around two hundred plus hours into those two over the last few months.

But yeah at the moment I'm sitting at somewhere around 3050 games(RFgen has me at 3074 but I think that's including some systems/accessories). I'm trying to slow down a bit, but I have a hard time passing up deals. For now the majority of my collection is boxed up since I don't have enough shelves, but I'm in the process of purchasing a house so once that happens I'll create a dedicated game library. I do resell as well but I do so in spurts usually after building up 30-50 games

Jealous, Nights of Azure I wasn't paying attention to it till recently and it's getting some good reviews. I got Digimon Cyber Sleuth on my radar next.
