It was an awesome fight too and really close, with us both winning a round each, before I picked up the win in the last round (and I won with like 10% of my health left, so it damn close).

It's a fun game. How far are people with the Tournament mode? And is anyone else finding the game a bit easy offline? I've only lost one match so far (and it was against Shadow/Black Mewtwo in its first appearance). I assume it gets harder once I'm into the B and beyond stages though.

I'm still in the first league, but yeah so far it's ridiculously easy. Most matches I'm amazed if the computer even swings on me.

I'm bad at fighting games, so I've had some close fights in the higher leagues, but I'm on the Iron League now and have a record of 120 wins out of 120 fights. It's definitely wicked easy; if I have yet to lose in the story mode (except Shadow Mewtwo; he beat me a couple times the last time you fight him), then people who are actually good at fighting games could probably beat the single player in their sleep.

Yeah, I played some more this afternoon and my win rate is still at near 100% with my only loss being against Shadow Mewtwo. Definitely a bit too easy...

This arrived today and I played through the first league. I'm having fun, although I wish you had a slightly larger range of attacks to use.

I've only tried a few Pokémon so far, but Chandelure is my main man as is. Those status effects + hex are awesome.

Bro, Chanelure is my main, too. I don't know what the move actually is (I call it Rape Beam), but when you hold forward and Y to fully charge that beam attack, it's devastating. You're screwed if they dodge and hit you, but if you hit dead on, it'll take like 20% of their HP in one hit.

I've foudn the trick is to use moves to that end in Will-O-Wisp and whatever the forward A attack is (it's like a puff of smoke). That inflicts attack down and defence down on them. Then you use the down A attack (Hex) on them and it literally shreds almost half their health bar.

I use that Smokescreen or whatever if they get in close, but I either chuck Will-O-Wisp or Rape Beam at them as long as I can keep them at a distance. Or I have Reshiram lay the smack down on them.

If Nintendo doesn't release one on the NX, then they're insane.

I doubt they ever will, they like it on handhelds. Pokemon stadium and pokemon snap were two of the best selling n64 games and that was three generations ago, still no console rpg.

Did...did you guys forget about the GameCube? It had two of them. Colosseum and XD. They didn't sell incredibly well so they haven't made more. I loved them though, I hope they do go back to it for the NX.

As for Pokken, I got the game yesterday. I'll hopefully be able to play it tonight or tomorrow.
