Am I insane?!?!?! **Game related**

Well I am 18 years old and I love video games.... However I have a very addictive personality. And with that, I have a need to collect... everything. I have about 15 systems with either a mod, flashcart, or backup unit with the ability to play every game. The systems are.... NES, SNES, Genesis, Sega CD, 3DO, PC-Engine, N64, Dreamcast, Saturn, PS1, PS2, Gamecube, GBA, NDS, and PSP....


However, I had an idea that I would make every game avaiable for play at any given time, and have every system hooked up at the same time. So i have every system hooked up with a AV selector to seperate each system.... I also started a project with 2 friends called Project U]top[ia..... and in this project we will burn and test every single video game for every one of my consoles. To have a COMPLETE set of games to play at any given time. We have already finished sega CD and N64, and we are working on every other one. Are we crazy?.....????? Well mainly me!?

Explain the burning and testing of every game. I know you can get an sd card thing for the ds to dl and play roms but they've got it for n64 and genesis too? Where?

I have backup units. For the N64 I have a v64, so I have every ROM burned to a cd to play the roms on the original system. For the genesis I have a flashcart, but it can be fed roms thru a CD. For everythign else, each game will be burned and tested with atleast 3minutes of gameplay.

SNES - Game Doctor SF 7 (Floppy Disk)
Genesis - Flashcart (off of CD-r's)/Multi Game Hunter (Floppy DIsk)
PC-Engine - Flashcart
3DO - Burnt Games
N64 - Doctor v64 (all off CD)
Saturn (modded) - Burnt CD-rs
Dreamcast - Burnt CD-rs
Playstation (modded) - Burnt CD-rs
PS2 (modded) - Burnt DVD-rs
Sega CD - Burnt CD-rs
Gamecube (modded and case mod) - Burnt Full size DVD-rs
PSP (CFW) - All games off of memory stick
NDS - Flashcart
GBA - Flashcart

I could but its not the same. Id much rather beat game on actual hardware then emulator. I am sorta... Picky? And crazy?

hahaha ok I will in the morning! But we just started so I only have about 250games burnt. All 151 Sega CD and almost all letters #-C of PS1. We are working on Saturn and Dreamcast next...

I'm with you on having everything hooked up to the TV. On my main TV I have:

SNES
N64
Gamecube
Wii
Genesis
Sega CD

Saturn
Dreamcast
PSX
PS2
PS3
Xbox
Xbox 360
Turbografx
Turbo CD
3DO
Neo Geo is in the mail and will be hooked up shortly

And the TV in my bedroom has:

NES
Master System

Two reasons for the separation. The first is that I am out of composite inputs on the main TV with a switch box on each one. The second is that the main TV is a plasma and the TV in my bedroom is a CRT. The only light guns I have are the NES Zapper and the Master System Light Phaser, so I keep those on the CRT.

The whole thing requires two switch boxes for the composite/S-video stuff and one switch for the component. I still have an extra input on the component switch if I could find something else to hook up to it (Jaguar component mod?)

nice!! I only need a few more things to complete my collection. i want a modded xbox,360,wii... and a neo geo cd. and thats pretty much it but i love them all hooked up, then all i needa worry bout is contyrollers.but i have big plastic drawers labeled for system with the controllers and extra cables in

What's the point of having the gamecube and ps1 hooked up if you've got the wii and ps2? Then again I hate going through that stupid wii menu to play a gamecube game. . . my question on the ps1 remains though.
