The original ZX is easier than MMZ 1-4, yeah. However, I found ZX Advent to be more difficult than MMZ 1-4. You absolutely do not need to miss out on ZX Advent. It's freaking great and will definitely challenge you.

Wow! Now that's an accomplishment. I have trouble just beating a Mega Man game, let alone doing something like that! That's incredible, man!

I described it a bit above, you can save in between levels on MM10, but you obviously cannot save in between the final boss rush near the end. So I had to do ~10 boss fights perfectly, lol. That alone took about a week. Probably another week to get up to there haha.

Do we have a bragging rights/best gaming achievements thread?

Another favorite accomplishment of mine recently within the last few years is getting the platinum for Devil May Cry 3 HD. That was insane haha. I think I beat DMC4 on every difficulty too, though I only got like half the 360 achievements. Think it had a lot of those "S rank everything" types which I've never been a fan of.

I still haven't done this with DMC1 HD though, which I'm in the rare camp that finds DMC1 to be harder than DMC3 actually. Weirder fixed camera angles and clunkier controls is my main argument. DMC3 is the faster paced and more intricate/complex game, but with more refined controls and a bigger assortment of abilities, I feel that makes it more doable and player skill based. DMC1 just feels like it's a lot of luck sometimes. lol

Beating FEAR and the Instant Action stages on Extreme was another milestone... you literally die in like 1-2 shots, so every single encounter had to be a very calculated and perfected moment. So crazy, probably can't do that again.

Well, the weirdest thing I've ever done is have my Super NES get knocked down while playing Lufia II, and it didn't stop playing. Instead, it glitched out some stats, making some of the characters Level 99. It also made saving and loading take forever. I wish I still had that save, I'll never be able to recreate that.

I'm not sure what counts as my most impressive... but the feeling of elation I got with Battletoads and Mike Tyson's Punch-Out!! is right up there.
