They're a must. They keep loading times down and keep the gigantic open world (the largest continuous open world in any game yet, IIRC) flowing smoothly.bmoc wrote:http://en-americas-support.nintendo.com ... ronicles-x
They call them data packs. My bad.

Hey I know this is the Wiiu thread but anyone knows if there's a difference in Xenoblade Chronicles (Wii) Asia/English compared to the US version?

My internet sleuthing turned up this:TEKTORO wrote:Hey I know this is the Wiiu thread but anyone knows if there's a difference in Xenoblade Chronicles (Wii) Asia/English compared to the US version?

Thanks bmoc, I tried looking myself but probably typed to much into the search. Lol
I purchased it not realizing it was the world copy cause all I looked at was the T for teen rating to make sure it was English. After realizing I was content but pet peeving as to if there was any differences, was the last Wii game I needed for my collection.

Damn, they're collectively about 10GB worth of data!ElkinFencer10 wrote:They're a must. They keep loading times down and keep the gigantic open world (the largest continuous open world in any game yet, IIRC) flowing smoothly.bmoc wrote:http://en-americas-support.nintendo.com ... ronicles-x

Is it better to load them onto an external hard drive or the Wii U's internal memory?Ziggy587 wrote:Damn, they're collectively about 10GB worth of data!

I don't think there's any discernible difference, but I moved all of my games to my external and put them on the system memory just in case.prfsnl_gmr wrote:Is it better to load them onto an external hard drive or the Wii U's internal memory?Ziggy587 wrote:Damn, they're collectively about 10GB worth of data!

I have yet to use any external memory with the U. Can you choose, per item, if you want something on internal or external memory?
