The PS3 port was pretty bad at launch they had a lot of issues with how it used the PS3 memory. They've patched it quite a bit since then so it should be much improved, but be prepared for possible lag issues especially as you get further into the game and it's having to keep track of all the places you've explored, NPCs you've interacted with, and etc..

Well darn it...oh well at least it was part of my buy two for $20 or less get the other free(this wasn't the free one though....). Maybe by now the patches have fixed the issues somehow? I mean it's been 5 years since those videos....

Aww, c'mon Best Buy, you're gonna ship me the non-boxed version of Stella Glow? That's lame.

It's not just Skyrim. Maybe Bethesda's engines for that generation were just optomized for 360 or something, but EVERY game of theirs I've played on PS3 or PC has that problem where it just becomes unplayable after a certain amount of time is put into a save file. It totally killed Fallout 3 and Skyrim for me. The only thing that saves New Vegas is the story, as far as I'm concerned :/

I picked up Picross DS for $4 at mah local resale store. I technically already own a copy, but now I have an American copy to go with my Japanese one.

Also, speaking of Picross DS, I'm SUPER psyched for 3D Picross 2 which comes out in America later this year. So excite *u*

It really depends on the Hardware and how well Bethesda optimizes their game. Given the complexity of the PS3 it would have probably taken a massive amount of tweaking to get them running as good as the 360 and PC versions. Really a lot of games suffered from lesser ports on the PS3 it was just a more complicated system to work with that's why I mainly stuck with purchasing everything I could on the 360. Only thing I really like about the PS3 vs 360 for multi plats is the media format. Blurays hold up a lot better then DVDs as long as you aren't rough with them.

I found Mickey Mania for Genesis today for $5, complete, seemed like a good idea as I had it on SNES and around the problems with that shoddy port it felt like it could have been a really nice game.

Picked up a few good ones today.

First, the B2G1 stuff at GameStop. I couldn't find anything worthwhile... then I remembered to check the now "out of sight, out of mind" Vita section, and they had Persona 4 Golden and Muramasa. Nice! I initially tried to get Journey for PS3, but they couldn't find the disc for it, despite having two cases of it on the floor. Yikes. They wouldn't let their new (but opened) copy of Code Name: S.T.E.A.M. go as a pre-owned (and through some snafu, the game was actually in the box on the floor, not good, guys!), so after hunting for like thirty minutes, I finally settled on Ace Attorney Investigations. I can deal with that as my freebie game, even if it isn't complete.

The better find was at Dirt Cheap. Some of my best deals there have been pricing errors (hello, $30 DS Lite), and this was no different. I scored a copy of Super Smash Bros. 3DS for the low, low price of $4.43. Sweet! Now I just have to decide if I'm going to buy combo DLC for it and the Wii U version.

Also, does anyone know if the Muramasa DLC ever goes on sale? Looks like the whole pack is $15, but I'd like to get it cheaper if possible.
