31+ for me. I generally game 2-4 hours on weeknights, and I typically don't work on Fridays, so I get extra weekend gaming in. Now if I have stuff going on a weekend, that drops me down.

I have a really hard time drawing a bead on a number. Sometimes, I'll get in lots each night in the week (2+), and five hours or so each day of the weekend, so that'd bring me to 20 hours at least... but then I have nights where I play almost nothing, either watching TV or goofing around on the Internet... so I went with 11-15. Feels about right.

Yeah. My wife did not grow up with video games, and playing them stresses her about a bit.* Nonetheless, she has some pretty cool games under her belt, including Baldur's Gate Dark Alliance, Baldur's Gate Dark Alliance II, Castle Crashers, Final Fight, Katamari Damacy, and The Secret of Monkey Island, among others. We are currently playing <the absolutely brilliant> Affordable Space Adventures.Exhuminator wrote:Nice. *I say this, but she will absolutely murder you at SpellTower.

SpellTower is really good, actually. I love word games from time to time. I have no idea what my high score is, though.

I don't know what her high score is on each of the various modes, but I know the game has congratulated her on her score on several occasions. I know she was happy when she cracked 10 or 12 thousand points, but I don't know how good that is compared to most people. It is a lot better than anything I got during my two or three attempts at playing the game, and she has probably improved her high score since then.Sarge wrote:SpellTower is really good, actually. When my wife and I first started dating 6 years ago, she had zero interest in gaming. I of course tried to get her into co-op. After many failed attempts at finding a game she'd like, it turned out I was being presumptuous about her taste. I thought she'd enjoy casual fluffy stuff. I was dead wrong. Turned out she loves dark and violent games. The darker and more violent the better. Once I figured that out, it's been all good co-op'ing ever since.

I don't know how that compares, because the only mode I've done is the puzzle mode where you do the best you can with the selection of letters on the screen.

My wife's sorta the same she had a Genesis when she was little, I had ran through the list for her when we met to see what she had then. Happens she had the Sonics, Ghouls & Ghost and Polterguy (she's a keeper!), but by the time I got her she wasn't into it but I roped her in with Bejeweled 3 then from there made huge progress we are now playing Diablo 3 and COD Ghost vs Bots is a normal weekend thing.prfsnl_gmr wrote:My wife did not grow up with video games, and playing them stresses her about a bit.* Nonetheless, she has some pretty cool games under her belt, including Baldur's Gate Dark Alliance, Baldur's Gate Dark Alliance II.
You guys should checkout Diablo 3 it's really good for a modern Dungeon Crawler.
