IMO all of those sites suck (especially IGN; I've never seen a site suck as much dick as that one). Most gamers are mere plebs, however, and lack the refined taste and sense of culture that we have here. I pity the commoners.

In this post Elkin describes his dissatisfaction with the lack of 10/10 reviews for Neptunia games by the aforementioned websites.

Don't worry guys, if Racketboy dies I'll just start a gaming forum called SMEGMA.

This sounds like a sticky situation to me.

Oh, I was just reading one two posts up a few posts back. Gentlemen.
Granted, I'm slightly biased. I don't think they suck (mostly). I just don't like them, their community/moderators and/or their editors oppinions for the most part. I've been a part of over half of their communities for various lengths of time. I am here because I like this community, its moderators and its editors. For the most part this community's members opinions mean something to me. I'll easily say that right now this site cannot compete with IGN, Kotaku or several others in terms of content creation volume, or forum membership rotation, but that is not the issue. This site has never been like that since I started lurking ~8 years ago. If this site goes down for any length of time and there's a possibility I could help to make that not happen again, I'd like to get involved.

k thx
I know you're joking, but in a way that's a great idea. Except instead of linking the Store button to your BST thread, we link the Store button to the BST forum category.

Either that, or just remove the button altogether. Like wclem, when I see dead links featured prominently on a webpage, I assume the site is the web equivalent of one of those small Midwestern towns with a strip of empty brick buildings along the main road. Probably a billboard on the edge of town advertising that such-and-such long-gone hotel has color TV and A/C too.

I don't see the problem with that. All 12 games deserve a score of 11/10. 10/10 is the very least they could do.

What if I beat King's Filed IV and give it a 10/10 review?
