It is a modified version of Mechwarrior 4. But this is what the pod looks like when you sit in the chair:

It seems daunting, but you get the hang of it pretty quickly, if you are familiar with MW4. And yes, that is 7 screens. Mechcorps are great guys and gals, if they have the time they will answer any questions you have. Just dont ask to buy a pod.

Good to know, after I sell these Gi Joes I will look into getting another set.

Own it - kinda? Was a Christmas present for my dad a few years ago. He loves all things Mech. - especially mechwarrior 4. He beat it and loved it. It's been collecting dust since.

Maybe I should snatch it back. :?

Yeah, all of this talk/footage of MW4 has made me eager to get my controller hooked up to the PC. Think i'm going to go home tonight and hack together a USB adapter for my oXbox controllers and give Mechwarrior a go. I've never played any of the Mechwarrior games, which is probably a terrible thing.

So I hacked together a USB adapter for my SB controller last night. Man, I thought this controller had more current support than it actually does. Most developments are from 2012 or 2014, and most of it's pretty unofficial. I was able to get a standard oXbox controller to work great with some drivers that I found, but the drivers for the SB controller are choppy at best. If anyone has used their SB controller on the PC, get at me, because I need some help :|

Wasn't able to spend much time on it, though, so I'll give it another go today or tomorrow.

Adapter came out nicely though, IMO

Anyone have any ideas for storing the controller? I really don't want to disassemble it in order to store it, but a dust cover would be awesome. Anyone have any ideas for storing this thing without dis-assembly?
