I just snapped up that Limbo boxed edition on ebay. That will be a fun one to have around when it gets here.

I haven't played Pushmo World on the Wii U but Pushmo + Crashmo on a 3DS physical release would be great.

I wish there was a good list online that did cover the physical stuff we could buy even if it's outside the US just to get it working on the PC or whatever that isn't region locked.

Another thing I think that would be a noteworthy list and maybe it does exist would be a list of GoG.com games also on Steam where you can just buy from GoG and have a pure installer you can back up to another device to keep around.

I saw torchlight mentioned in an earlier page on this thread and that looks pretty compelling but I think they haven't gone physical with the sequel yet have they? I'm almost positive I saw that game at like Target or something weird like that within the last week (the original one.) It looks tempting to me as I really dug taking down Diablo 3.

I also got the Limbo limited edition physical release in the mail today and it's a very nice package.

Not in the U.S.

Daedalic Entertainment published a physical release in Germany, but prices on Amazon.com are pretty steep (it's cheap on amazon.de though). Apparently it does have the option for English.

The first game had a U.S. retail release via Encore Inc.

PC games are harder to say though, since it's not that uncommon to see them get picked up by a budget publisher for a jewel case release later on, kinda like seeing them pop up on GoG now. Not all European releases are expensive like that either - for example, when Planescape Torment got an EU DVD (re)release a few years ago, it was around $20 on Amazon, where used CD copies were like $60-80.

Yeah I was really hoping the physical editions of Torchlight II and Trine II would be released in America. Sigh.

Torchlight2 and Trine I guarantee you eventually will show up at Half Price Books. I see a good many of random physical releases with the PEGI rating on the box on things we did not get on disc here. A few I have picked up before like Crazy Taxi.

Thought I would bump this old thread to see if anyone has seen anything pop up lately.

Seems there's 2 threads for this, another in the Sony area specifically for PS4.

Kromaia a digital game has gone disc for PS4.
