Mint Nomad Prices

Post by molotovwars »

Well, I came across this listing on Craigslist:

http://baltimore.craigslist.org/tag/1051486442.html

I sent an email and he responded with his wanted games list. Of those games I had duplicates of Mario Power Tennis, Pikmin, Metroid Prime, Gamecube Memory Card, and 2 N64 controllers. I've also got a wavebird, but I don't know if I'll part with it.

How much do you think the Nomad is worth in the condition pictured? If I get this it would be to keep for my own collection and gaming. I might just give him all of the items I listed above (sans the wavebird) plus the $75.00, and see what he says. Maybe I can pay him $50 plus those items and the wavebird.

Fingers crossed on getting this, let me know your thoughts about the trade + cash.

Yeah in my email I specifically mentioned I wasn't offering him all of the games, so now I'm just waiting on his reply.

Well he responded and says he has already had better offers and that he is giving it another week to see what happens. I'll just buy one on eBay eventually, I'm not going to go all out for it or anything.

A mini Nomad would be cool though, since the nomad is HUGE for a portable

The Genisis cartridges are big for a handheld so they couldn't make it much smaller. A mini Gamegear would be cool though. The Game Gear is a nice system but I hate using it because it goes through batteries so fast. Why play Game Gear for 3 hours when I can play NGPC for 40 hours without changing the batteries?
