I got a Ryu and Chun Li pads for my 360. Not only are they fantastic for the likes of Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD and Street Fighter IV, but they also work great on Street Fighter III: Third Strike on the Street Fighter Anniversary Collection which is backwards compatible on the 360. You just have to swap the Black and White Button assignments, and your six button layout is good to go.

On top of that, the D-Pad is a dream on my Japanese 360 for use with my import SHMUPS, which is a nice bonus. I recommend this pad to anyone who sees one and even thinks they might want one.

I second the recommendation. The pad is fantastic. All the buttons are right there, just like on a joystick, which has helped me in making sure I vary up my attack strengths, as opposed to just hitting HP HK all the time. And the D-pad is much more noob friendly than a stick is.
