Re: Buying a Pandora battery
I found a PSP battery on clearance at Toys R Us for 4 bucks and made my own Pandora. It was actually pretty easy.
Re: Buying a Pandora battery
I just installed my custom firmware last night. It was pretty easy and very worth the trouble. Anyone know good sites for PSP emus and or isos?

I get my ISOs from Bitgamer.com
Re: Buying a Pandora battery
I guess what I'm looking for is guidance to get the most out of my custom firmware. Any recommendations?
Re: Buying a Pandora battery
One thing I hated when I first got the CFW... there wasn't a guide any where that said, "With your new CFW, you can now do all this." I would slowly find out things, one by one. And a lot of times I'd be trying to figure out why something wouldn't work, and then find out its because all the pages I was reading were outdated, and there was a new way of doing it.

Sorry for bumping an old thread but the above link is no longer valid. It seems that the original author edited his posts to remove all of his guides a couple of months ago (August). Not sure why he felt the need to do this. Maybe his guides were out of date and no longer applicable?Ziggy587 wrote:I HIGHLY recommend using this guide when modding your PSP:

This is the guide I used, and I have to say, it couldn't be easier. It is very straight forward, and is never out of date (unlike a LOT of guides you can find on the internet).
Although I have a PSP 2000, I've been on the lookout for another PSP (cheap) so I can mod it myself. My current one was already modded when I bought it.

I noticed that too. Shame, it was the BEST guide out there. It wasn't out of date either, the author kept it up to date. I don't know why he felt the need to delete ALL of his guides, but I wish I copied that one for my own personal use before he deleted it.
I always post that link when people ask how to mod their PSP, so recently when some one asked I noticed the guide was down. I did a quick Google and found a half way decent guide and posted it in that thread. I'll try and find it and post it back here for you.
