Really? I'm the opposite. I played the hell out of the first, played 2003 a little bit and have only played UT3 once (never played 2004). I was thinking of getting UT3 sometime. How does it compare to 2003? Most fans seem to say 2004 is the best (which was an update of 2003's game).

I think the reason that Q3 is better remembered on DC nowadays than UT is because you can still play Quake III online.

Q3 also had the advantage of A) coming first and B) being playable online worldwide, whilst Unreal Tournament, for whatever reason, had the online component removed in Europe.

That said, I love them both, but whether I'm playing them on the PC or the DC, I still think Unreal Tournament is the superior game.
