Seems like when SEGA stuff goes OOP, you're screwed.

lol

I played 3 and enjoyed it, also have 4 now so I'll get to that. Guess I'll just play half the series.

EDIT: Come to think of it, maybe we could make a general "Price Increase Reports" thread? I just noticed that Shadow Hearts: Covenant seems to be rising a bit hitting $30 now. Usually saw it for cheaper for a long time. Went ahead and ordered a copy off ebay since I've been eyeballing that one forever now.

PS2 JRPG's in general seem to be going up... most of the Wild Arms are pretty pricey now. :(

I cannot even explain how annoyed I am that Wild Arms 5 is the only one I don't own (I even have XF and Alter Code F). It was $30 for like ten years, one day (literally) it was suddenly $70.

Sadly, it's a Star Ocean 3 situation with the materials, as the manual is very thick.

Hopefully it levels out because I don't think that game is worth more than $35-$40 tops. It's apparently not one of the better games in the series.

I don't have an unhappy story that compares to some of you, but I have something that was quite a bummer.

I was like 6 or 7 years old, and my toddler little sister had just discovered how to throw things away. One day, I came home to find that my copy of Link to the Past was just GONE. I mean, I never saw her throw it away, but I live in a fairly remote area, and there was no one else I knew growing up who'd even have a reason to steal something like that, even if they did live close enough. Needless to day, it was very sad until I got my copy of Four Swords eventually (and then another copy of LTTP, but that's another story entirely).

Step 1: Teach kid how to throw stuff away
Step 2: Teach kid how to stop throwing things away
