After seeing Sarge recommend this game no less than three times over the years, I decided to acquire it last night. Got a brand new and sealed copy off eBay for $14.99 with free shipping.

Also nabbed Prototype 2 (360) brand new and sealed for $7.19 off Amazon.

Aw, man, now you're gonna hate it. :(

Like I said, I have no idea how it has aged, but I really enjoyed it when it came out. I don't recommend the sequel, though. End of Darkness or something like that. It's a pretty clunky action-RPG.

I may or may not hate it, depends on if it's good or not. You have pretty solid taste* so there's a good shot it won't suck. Also it's an SRPG and I love that genre.

*Unless it's a Nintendo game because let's be honest you're a little biased. ;p

Bahaha! Well, yeah, but I like Nintendo's stuff. Guess folks just need to build that in when it comes to my opinions. (And to be fair, I don't love all of Nintendo's stuff. As you listed before, I have almost no interest in things like Animal Crossing, Tomodachi Life, and the like.)

Actually, replace the word "Nintendo" with "Zelda" and it's probably closer to true. (Although even that doesn't always hold up, I really don't like the multiplayer-focused versions.)

I just picked up Billy the Wizard: Rocket Broomstick Racing and M&M's Kart Racing (both for Wii) on a whim at Gamestop while I was out earlier tonight.

So here is my latest shipment from Amazon.

Everything is pretty nice aside from Xenoblade which had some gunk all over it, a semi damaged case, and turned out to be the UAE version which still works on U.S. consoles so no biggie, but it's on sale for $42 new which is $2 less then I paid for a "good" used copy through Amazon just a few days ago :P.

Really looking forward to hoping into the Zero escape games been wanting to play them for a while and with the New 3DS i just got from Elkin I'm being drawn back towards the games I missed out on or didn't get to in my last DS binge.

Finally I picked up Metal Dungeon just because there aren't a ton of RPGs on the Xbox, plus it's from Japanese devs, it's an exclusive, and it was sub $10  .

Have you played Xenoblade Chronicles yet? It's the second longest game (in terms of just main quest line) I've ever beaten after Xenoblade Chronicles X. It may actually be the longest since I did a bunch of side quests in XCX, and I don't know how much of my 80-something hours were spent on side quests rather than mandatory quests (I only did the main quest line in XC).

Ah, Metal Dungeon. I paid $20 for it back in the day. I almost never buy games blind, but I did for that one. I'd just gotten the XBOX, and it was relatively cheap and I wanted RPGs for the system.

Spoiler alert: The game sucks. It might be the worst $20 I've ever dropped on a game.

Yeah it looks pretty horrible, but I like horrible stuff sometimes  . Sounds like it's relatively short according to the wiki with the story taking place on levels 1-10 and then another 90 levels being extended play.

Let me know how Virtue's Last Reward is. I thought it looked interesting, but I've been on the fence about picking it up.
