Dating sims just lead to sore wrists and a shortage of tissues.

I get those bulk Costco packages that have like 12 boxes of tissues. In Boy Scouts we learned to always be prepared.

The implication mixed with the Boy Scout's less-than-stellar LGBT record makes for an entertaining juxtaposition.

Well, at least Detective Sgt. Fish finally got away from his wife. Hat's off to you, Abe.

So Ted Cruz has said that the US should not use Australia's gun laws an example because the rate of sexual assault and rape went up substantially in the years following the buy back scheme.

What a load of utter shit, he has no figures to back up his claim, there has been a small spike (which is a common trend in the western world) since the mid 90's as the report rate for sexual crimes has increased.

He also said that "there is nothing criminals like more than an unarmed victim", failing to see the point that the criminal in this situation would not have a gun.

Why not mention the fact that guns in sexual crimes are pretty much no-existent.

Side note:
The other day someone posted a video on social media of two guys stopping a robbery of restaurant, while it was dangerous for sure, the risk of being shot was so minimal that they felt confident to try and stop a robbery.

People generally don't carry knives as self defense weapons (except maybe Crocodile Dundee) but they are sufficient for a criminal to threaten someone with.

Well, I do. Also, I'm sure Aussies are tired of Crocodile Dundee references.

That's why I didn't accuse them all of being Crocodile Dundee.

I've never met an Aussie who wasn't name Crocodile Dundee. At least, that's what my inner voice tells me.
