Are you a single or multiplayer kind of person?

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

Are you a single or multiplayer kind of person?

Post by Curlypaul »

I always missed those mulitplayer session like when I was at school but since buying a few online mulitplayer games lately I find that actually I always seem to prefer the single player game. What do you guys prefer?

Depends on the game, as far as RPG's, I can only enjoy MMO's, for strategy and action, it depends, for FPS, if the story is good I much prefer single player but I do enjoy games like Counter Strike: Source.

Single player all the way. I have one good friend with whom I game at times, but it is more about the social activity than the game. Much of the time we play a one player game and just take turns!

Mostly single player. I do tend to like games with plot, and that doesn't work too well with multiple players.

Of course it's always different when you're on a fast LAN with a bunch of guys in college.

It really depends on the people for me, some friends I could play crappy games for hours and still have fun. I prefer multi-player when the crowd is right.

I would have to say I'm a multiplayer person. I could play Halo (I don't like Halo) for hours if I'm playing with my friends in real life.

I really enjoy both, I like singleplayer games because they don't require as long of a gaming session as multiplayer games which require you to wait for a match to be set up, then play through the whole thing.

Ya, it depends what mood I'm in.. But i cant stand playing multi-player games with ppl who take them too seriously
