yep! 38 extra levels! bought it today and having fun with it. :)
Can you access them from the start? Or do you have to beat SMB3? Not that that takes too long haha.

Yes. They are a separate file you select to play.

Wait, I didn't quite catch all this. So you guys are saying that the GBA port of SMB 3 is on the Wii U VC, and it contains all the E-Reader levels?

Yeah, I'll be rolling this way for sure, especially since I already own the cart. :)

I grabbed, what looks to be, a like new New Super Luigi U physical release over the weekend for $32.99 shipped. This is the going rate fora complete version not sealed, up $13 for its initial MSRP but I can't see this ever going lower.

I'm not necessarily collecting for the WiiU for scarcity - more so for games I want in my library, and while I have the digital version (which is only accessed through the original NSMB U disc being played) I had to have the stand-alone for the shelf.

This is, of course, one of many WiiU download titles I have that got a physical release later. I'm in no rush on the others - Duck Tales, NES Remix1+2, Shovel Knight - as I don't see those rising (Duck Tales is in fact $15 new if one wanted it).
