The biggest I've downloaded so far for 360 has been a 15MB patch. And that was for Sleeping Dogs.
I totally agree that the massive gigabyte "patches" are ridiculous, there has to be a better way. Modern consoles should have a dedicated memory layer just for protocol wrapping so diff patches can be applied on the fly as the game runs beneath. I'm guessing they don't though because that would be a pretty easy backdoor to infiltrate.

I just used some saved up rewards credit on my Discover card to order that on Amazon. Looked it up since you mentioned it, and it sounded interesting. Besides, I'm always looking for Wii games to add to my collection. Even if it's the shitty Cabela hunting games (the guys at my local Gamestop love it when I come in and buy like fifteen $0.90 Wii shovelware games).
