Can you blame them? Once they break down a buy a Vita, they no longer have any reason to resist giving into the almighty power of the Nep.Exhuminator wrote:I've played it on Vita myself when I first got it, and the font is perfectly legible. People are crazy. I haven't heard of any other "issues" either. Sounds like people trying to convince themselves they don't need a Vita more than anything else.Fragems wrote:Apparently the really fudged on the Vita version and the font is so small that it's hardly legible there were also some other issues as well

Well, I have a Vita now... but I don't know if I'm going to give in to the power of the Nep any time soon.

Well thats good to hear kept hearing stuff like this around a few forums.
2# the text size is awful. I can't read that crap most of the the time outside the dialogue bubbles which thankfully are pretty big. Its the worst on the regular map since even with max zoom in its still fricken near impossible to make stuff out.

I have to have 3 good experiences before I say anything good about them since usually they are so far and few between.
1) got a refurb slim 360 for my daughter for Christmas came with 120gb HDD and they swapped the old white controller for the gold chrome one. The 3 M rated games got flipped bringing the cost to around 60 bucks for a system that's working flawless with 1 year prp.
2) Ordered PS1 console for 20 bucks came with dual shock controller and refurb has it running very good.
3) Simply mentioned to an employee I was looking for Escape from bug Island on the Wii and got a call to my surprise that they ordered a copy for me which just came in.
There I'm done being polarizing about them. Lol

If you can see the future while remembering the past, you may just have control of the present.

I just switched all of my preorders from Gamestop to Amazon, and my Prime membership just paid for itself from the 20% off. Like, 20% of my preorder total ended up being $78, and since I just signed up with that promotion, it freaking paid for itself. The only two I'm keeping at Gamestop are my Mega Man Legacy Collection and Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD since I pre-ordered the limited editions with the amiibos, and those are sold out on Amazon. This is great. I'm so glad yall told me how awesome Amazon Prime is.

Regarding Cold Steel on Vita-
I hadn't heard about any font size issues until now. However, I had heard that the Vita version has quite a bit of slowdown in certain scenes near the endgame.
I haven't played the Vita version and can't confirm it, but there was exactly one cutscene where this happened on the PS3.
Felt like piping in on that, since I have Cold Steel on the brain these days. *shrug*

Nothing is wrong with the game on Vita. Falcom has never made a mistake.
