How come some Satellaview games have sound and others don't?

How come some Satellaview games have sound and others don't?

As far as I know, the soundtracks of Satellaview games was mostly broadcasted and hence it not available. The actual games have survived, because they were meant to be recorded into tapes, but the soundtracks relied on the satellaview connection.

Which makes me wonder: How come some F-Zero Satellaview games do have the broadcast on them? How was it obtained and recorded? And why other games weren't so lucky?

I think this link could answer your question. Some games had "Soundlink" and therefore the roms don't have sound now.

Yes, I know. The thing is that I saw some videos and thought someone had obtained the Soundlink data and paired it with the ROMs, but apparently they are just high-quality videos of the original broadcast.

I was surprised because it's not something that can be obtained without Nintendo's help and I'm not sure even Nintendo has preserved them.
