Preorders just opened up for MegaTagmension Blanc + Neptune VS Zombies. It's another Hyperdimension spin off for fans of the series. It also happens to be PS TV compatible so I'm tempted to pick it up.

It's $40 on Amazon or $32 if you have Prime.

I am sick to death of zombie-anything games, but I'll still buy it for the Nep.

After hearing the Noire game was FE with chibi console girls I decided to order it. I have a real mixed relationship with the Neptunia games; I really like them in concept but the gameplay falls short of what I want.

It's not as refined as Fire Emblem, obviously, but it's the same type of game, with the grid based strategy. I think you'll enjoy it. My only gripe is that the focus is Noire, not Neptune, but really, that's fairly obvious, given the title.

I have always loved zombies, even before the fad, so I'll never get sick of zombie games, but I am sick of crappy dime-a-dozen zombie games that only shoehorn in zombies for the sake of having zombies. I feel you, though; I'm the only one of my college friends who still likes zombies with how done-to-death it is.

@Popo

If you're playing Neptunia games for the gameplay, you're missing the point my man.

Especially if you play on PS3.

Oh, I realize. But if the gameplay is going to start feeling like a super chore that's bad times. mk2 wasn't too bad; it wasn't inspired or anything but I was able to get through it just fine. Victory is starting to bug me and I think I need to do some major grinding.

I STRONGLY suggest playing on Vita on PC. The Re;Birth remakes are *much* better than the original games.

Yes the Re;Birth versions change a lot of things, very different experiences. I mean I was pissed when they came out, because I already had the PS3 versions, and they were now made irrelevant by all the Re;Birth updates and changes. But I sucked it up and bought all three over again for Vita. I did it for the Nep.
