I just placed an order for a SNES controller extension, and was wondering if anyone else here has ever done business with them.
If so, how would you rate them?
NintendoRepairShop.com... anyone here order from them?

They seem like a good outfit to me. I ordered a some NES parts last year and recieved them promptly. I always shop around for stuff like this, so they were probably the cheapest too.

I've used them a couple of times. They're not fancy, but they deliver the goods. I ordered an new 72 pin NES connector from em and a cleaning kit. They came in little ziploc bags hehe but they worked just fine.
One thing to note: I looked all around (mostly on ebay and Amazon) for original SNES controllers and the Repair Shop was the only place I could find that actually had them. Everywhere else you'd get scammed and receive some shoddy knockoff (some even had Nintendo right on em, still crap).

A local game store near me even sells the knockoffs in boxes using the official artwork packaging. They are deceptively real at first glance. I bought one thinking it was legit.Kemiroch wrote:I've used them a couple of times. They're not fancy, but they deliver the goods. I ordered an new 72 pin NES connector from em and a cleaning kit. Good thing I opened it up in the car before I left. I went back in and told the guy I didn't want some Chintendo controller and asked for a refund. The guy told me a fool for thinking they were real, and I asked him what did he expect considering they're even using knockoff packaging. Needless to say, I don't shop there anymore.
