Very aware, own one. Just thought it would be a neat curiosity. And it is, I'm just ashamed to have supported the dude that's all.
Gunning for a licensed NES NTSC-U set, follow the madness and poverty here!
Cheat sheet of my collection, always looking to increase it. 405/677 licensed games, 46/"95" unlicensed
Chronically out of date BST thread

Various ebay/online buys arrived in a big package from England:

Baseball stars is my first B&W game for the system. Baccarat is my first Casino game but also probably one of the rarest in my collection now.

The Flashmasta cart comes pre-loaded with another rare game: Evolution: Eternal Dungeons and an impossible to obtain legitimately game: The fan translation of Cardfighters Clash Expand Edition.

The light magnifier is actually pretty decent. Unlike the wormlight it uses real batteries rather than a rechargeable unit and is a dim if decent alternative to playing in the dark than my modified NGPC.

very nice, betagam7!

I'm not gonna look into flashcart/fan translation stuff until my collection is filled out a lot more.

Cool find on the boxed light though. I keep thinking at some point I'll get a back-up system to have frontlight modded.

I hope to eventually add Evolution to my boxed collection but it's one of those games that you have to win the lottery to find cheaply. It would be nice if stuff like the unfinished Magician Lord 2 eventually made its way into the flashcart scene.

Unfortunately I only got the flashmasta cart, not the device you use to write stuff to it, however the ebayer who sold it to me says that if I ever want anything else flashed to it I can return it to him and pay the postage and he'll do it for me. For now these two games will do.

The frontlight mod is nice but does wash out the colours, this light magnifier keeps the colours although it is not as bright.

I'll have to try and get into the Dive Alert RPGs now I have both versions and can link them together with the cable.

played some MOTM last night before bed. Got pretty far on a single credit, but Bison smoked me. Of all the fighting games on NGPC that I've played, this is probably my favorite.

DISCLAIMER: I've never played Gals Fighter.

oh I will. But remember, I only buy my games complete which means it takes me a bit longer to find them at a good price haha.

The sad thing about Gals Fighter is that it is impossible to reset the data, therefore given it's priceyness and mild rarity it is almost impossible to find a version that hasn't already had stuff unlocked which bothers my OCD side because the first thing i will do with a game is wipe it clean so I can achieve things myself.

Not that I ever get around to playing my other NGPC fighting games because MOTM simply has so much crammed into it. I'm still to unlock all of the stuff it has after owning it for over three years!

Interesting.

I got Gals Fighter brand new in one of those 4 game blister packs that were doing the rounds a while back. They seem unfortunately hard to find nowadays. I got 2 of the 4-pack blisters and got 8 of the best games on the system for under £30 in total.
