I've PM'd it to Mike just now but I'd be happy to send it to a different mod so that the OP can be updated as needed. Just PM me if someone other than Mike would like to review and the hopefully use it.

Confirmed, for some reason Mike can't access this site (only) right now. He asked me to update bids, but since you've already done it, can you pm another mod with them? Or hell, post them here? Or both? That's what I always do when I update the BST list.
