Paid him $75 back in September for 3 games. Never got the games or a refund. Contacted him several times since then with no response. He has also dodged me on Google+ and Facebook. Beware if he decides to return to the forum and try this shit again.

Sorry to hear that happened to you.
I once bought some PS2 games from him. I remember asking him if there were any scratches on the discs, he said there weren't; the discs had light yet very obvious scratches on them. I asked for a refund, which I received, probably only because I didn't send the payment as a paypal gift.
Just to reinforce the point here, yeah, beware.

Sorry to hear this on Riskratingchief - he's done a lot of deals here so if he ruins his rep for $75 that's pretty weak - hopefully there's a good reason for everything; including his delayed response.
