I agree with this statement.

A whole lot of people who glossed over the Vita and thought it was overpriced or just a weeb fest, will in the future come to realize they missed out on something awesome.

At that point they will have to pay exorbitant prices for the rarest releases, and will also have a hard time getting one of the glorious OLED models in still decent condition. (Finding a brand new OLED model at a reasonable price now is extremely difficult, let alone years from now.)

I believe in the future there will be articles written about how undervalued and collectible the Vita truly is. I'm glad I didn't sleep on this system and have been collecting for it from day one.

^100% agree with this.

I am now tracking prices regularly and picking up as much as I can when they drop. There is also lots of limited physical release stuff that is coming out for the system, NIS games, Bandai games, Xseed and stuff from Limited Run Games.

I think the Vita hardware is so strong that it could have a very long tail just like the PSP.
Need Hexyz Force and Class of Heroes 2 for a complete PSP RPG Set.....let me know your price!!!!

Yeah, I'm with you guys. I'm also glad that I jumped on the Vita reasonably early and have an OLED model.

And to think, the only reason I own a Vita is because I proposed to my now wife and she wanted to buy me something as an 'engagement present'. Not having a clue what to ask for, I just plucked the Vita out from random.

Geez, I didn't know that Vita games were going up in price so fast... I was waiting a bit to get some when they're cheaper but looks like that's not working out so well :/

Especially not working with Touch My Katamari. Why is is already $60 complete on Amazon?? D: It's cheaper at Gamestop but I don't know if that's with the case or not.

Is Touch My Katamari any good? I heard it got fairly negative reviews.

The real kicker is the price of the memory cards. 64GB for $100 is insane especially considering the reliance on digital distribution the system has now late in its life.
Not just routinely, they were at that price point by the holidays in 2012 (!).

To echo your last point, when you have cross-buy titles like Grim Fandango Remastered that are 3.4 gb for the Vita, the memory card thing really hits home.

My second 16 gb card arrived ($19.99 amazon deal) and I loaded it up with all my PSP titles and the aforementioned GFR. Have 4 gb left on that card.

As one of the two people that bought the Madden 13 Vita bundle in the late summer of 2012, I had taken advantage of an Amazon deal where you got MLB The Show 12 and a 4gb card for free. I've started using that 4gb card for PSOne downloads exclusively with my main 16gb card handling all my PSN purchases (1 gb left there).

The nice thing is it is easy to switch them and your PSN/settings etc are all there on the system memory. On the flip side, how many of these damn things am I going to end up with when its all said and done? ;)

I missed one. I also ordered IA/VT Colorful from Japan.

Have you guys heard of Stranger of Sword City? It's coming out March 22nd, I only just heard of it today and did a quick search here on the forum and nobody seems to have posted about it yet.

It's a first person, turn based, dungeon crawler RPG. It's got an amazingly detailed art style and a very serious tone, I like what I see in it.

I had not heard of it, but I'll be glad to add it to my ever growing pile of Vita DRPGs.

I've heard of it, but I didn't know it was getting a localization! Don't know anything about it other than it's a dungeon crawler but that's cool. I'll have to look into it later.
