What was the last movie you've seen?

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

Perhaps all that wasted money could be spent on treatment of the disease. You know, to actually make a difference. Of course we would be employing more people who work for lower wages to actually save lives, so there is a downside.

Treating the disease just helps the existing addicts; we're still going to have new ones. Personally I think the only real way to get rid of the drug problem is if you get caught with drugs or selling drugs or associated with drugs in any way you get fed into the wood chipper. And at some point people would realize that we've fed a whole lot of people into the wood chipper and it wasn't a bluff and maybe that hit of acid isn't worth risking being fed into the wood chipper.

And even that probably won't work.

No matter what you do, there will always be someone, somewhere, willing to risk the Wood Chipper.

This feels like the seed of a game show idea.

Battle Royale 3 - Drug Money!

Really I think my problem with the current situation is that I really don't care for Narcos. In fact I like them less than the drug addicts. Drug addicts without the war on drugs are either going to die on their own or get clean. It's a problem which solves itself.

Also, if someone wants to do drugs...it's kinda none of my business. It's the rest of the crime that comes along with it that is problematic. Legal or illegal, that problem is the same. So the billions that get wasted are of little use except to bolster the prison system and criminal justice system payloads.

ORIGIN: SPIRITS OF THE PAST

Not one of my favorite anime films of all time, but this is one of the more recent anime titles (film or series) that I enjoyed. But I'm more of a hand-drawn anime kinda guy, and at some point all anime became more and more computer-assisted to the point to where soon all we'll get is just CGI title after CGI title.

I've been amazed at how many dispensaries opened up since they decriminalized marijuana here in Washington. Like, they're almost as common as coffee shops.
