I'm not Exhuminator, but I can say that Dark Revenant only has a digital release in NA (and probably same deal with PAL). I remember being a bit disappointed about that ha.Sarge wrote: EDIT: Oh, hey, Exhuminator, did they release Dark Revenant in physical form? Or is it digital-only? I see it's on sale right now for $10, might need to pick it up!

Most unfortunately it is true, Brandish on PSP in English is only available digitally. But I hope that doesn't stop anyone from playing that masterpiece. (Granted, you have to be a certain crazy kinda gamer to call such a thing a masterpiece. I suspect most people would hate it, and that's fair enough.)

Nice! I actually beat that one last year myself. I played through it via the English fan translation. I wrote a big ol' review of it if you're bored sometime: http://ardentexhuminator.blogspot.com/2 ... eview.htmlPartridgeSenpai wrote:2. Marvelous: Another Treasure Island (my rough translation). Another game I imported on a recommendation, and really loved. A very fun mix of Zelda-style viewing with Maniac Mansion (several characters with their own unique abilities) -style puzzle solving.

Yeah, I just picked it up on the strength of your recommendation. The sale price didn't hurt, either, or the prospect of playing it on a Vita.Exhuminator wrote:Most unfortunately it is true, Brandish on PSP in English is only available digitally. Re: What's your 2015 Game of the Year?
Some of my friends at school were talking about this, and I decided mine was Super Mario Maker on the basis that it was the only video game released in 2015 that I've actually played.
For games not released in 2015, I'd have to say Dynasty Warriors Gundam Reborn.
Yes, I know, a Dynasty Warriors game? Based on an anime license? Well, it's obviously not a masterpiece of video game design, bur I'm in my senior year of high school now, and my workload has increased greatly so I don't have as much time for serious gaming. So this has been a nice relaxation game for me. 100+ hours on a game I bought in August.
Plus, I've been getting into gundam a lot recently, as evidenced by my C̶h̶a̶r̶ ̶A̶z̶n̶a̶b̶l̶e̶ Quattro Bajeena avatar.
I guess there's also Marvel Vs. Capcom 2. I first played it on my dad's Dreamcast in the early 2000's. The last time I saw him before his death was my 11th birthday, where we went to an arcade in the mall (which no longer exists anymore) and played it. I then got it on PSN, but that account has been dead for years now. So I didn't get to play it again until I finally caved and payed the $40 for the Dreamcast version. It was definitely worth it.

Oh my god, even in Japanese that freaking gorilla line made me absolutely lose it when I first read it XDExhuminator wrote:Most unfortunately it is true, Brandish on PSP in English is only available digitally. Re: What's your 2015 Game of the Year?
Does anyone know why, even though I beat Shovel Knight on the 3DS and downloaded the updates/Plague of Shadows free expansion, I still can't get it to show up on the main menu of the game? Any thoughts? I am still trying to get through a few more 2015 games over the next week or so, and this is one of them...
